Horrible administration! Horrible nursing staff. Completely uneducated and extremely tacky! My Mom has two conditions that are life threatening and permanent due to elder abuse and neglect. I had to call police multiple times. Items are stolen regularly. This place is a form of hell.

I live in Chicago and have been managing my father''s care in Santa Monica. I am so glad that he is in this facility. Farzaneh Dara has gone above and beyond informing me through phone conversations and emails. I was able to fly in and see for myself this facility last week and the staff was very friendly from the reception area and anyone me and my family saw as we visit my dad. In addition to the great experience I had, the facility did not appear to me to be dirty. My dad is happy here and I was very happy to see him taken care of. His hair was combed nicely and he was shaved. This is a great facility and I am more than happy to review this location and hope this is helpful to others. Thank You to all the staff at Pacific Post-Acute- Santa Monica

Chris the administrator treats us nursing staff like dirt.He tried to make me work 2 weeks under lock-in from xovid I have a disable husband who relies on me.&e made me rign because I wa trying to be safe.i reported a nurses aide who was laughing at a resident because she was screaming for wanter and this nurses aid thout it was funny when I reported her she was never punished.i was fasely called into the office for decimating of character.A resident fell one night because her light was never answered on her and then let he out front to leave right after she fell she was never examined.Food is unedible mote of the resident refuse to eat it.I was a hard working nursing aide and they put me out of there so they would not pay me my sign on bonus. Most coherent residents say their clothes have been stolen. Not worth one star but I had to give it something
