My mom 92yr old is on the rehab floor. The management level personnel are wonderful and very informative and helpful. Therapy people are kind and caring. Nurses are very helpful and react to your needs. The care givers are good but you have to stay on top of them as there is a shortage and they have many patients. Facility is clean and welcoming and has activites for residents. Bottom line is you have to become part of your loved ones care and not focus on the negatives that are everywhere you go. This is the only way you get the results your looking for. PS: These healthcare people no matter where deserve a lot of respect. Just imagine doing their job before you make a negative statement.😊

I’ve worked for a nursing agency for the past 13 years. I was placed with a lovely lady who lives at Oxford Community. I’ve always helped clients in their homes, I was very nervous about learning their rules, procedures and especially concerned if the staff would like me. I have to say, this place is beautiful, the residents are so kind and sweet, and the staff are respectful, work very hard to accommodate their residents and provide exceptional nursing care. Everyone has been helpful and will answer all my questions. So I give this facility a 5 star rating

Thank God there are masks at the door because the smell is God awful especially on the 2nd floor. Staff is friendly but they don’t seem too engaged or knowledgeable about their patients. Food is horrendous. I’ve been there multiple times and took pictures of what was served to send to family members because I could not tell what it was by looking at it. Furniture is old and dirty as are the rugs. Hopefully the renovations will come to fruition.
