Would NOT RECOMMEND this place things go wrong they blame The family for being rude to staff so we''re RUDE for wanting the service that is required all I can say is WELL PEOPLE DO YOUR JOB AND THAT WOULDN''T HAPPEN!!!!!!!! Do what you want but I would think twice

I have total confidence with the nursing staff, the CNA staff has been wonderful being attentive to their daily needs. The kitchen staff is very efficient with cleanliness and food preparation. The janitorial staff is very accomadating. The business staff go abovd and beyond with the billing process. I am very happy with activities and staff participation. I recommend the center and assure your loved ones will be taken care of

Roaches everywhere. Building needs to be completely remodeled old dirty unlivable bathrooms are shared with 4 people and are very small and unclean not to mention all the people using 2 shower rooms is very unsanitary. Rooms are divided by curtains very outdated no privacy . Witnessed a resident punch a Nurse aid and when I went back to vist I witnessed the same resident be aggressive towards staff.Food looked to be unfit for a animal to eat. Not to mention the kitchen staff who wouldn’t give my family member a clean glass with orange juice Without complaining. Management needs too be fired and someone new brought in. They can’t run a proper nursing home they are very unprofessional sketchy people if you ask me and is all for money they do not care for the residents or staff. Most Nurses/CNA”s look as if they actually cared about the residents. That’s why in this time of not being able to come see him I’m a little but relieved I’m trying to move him to another nursing home. If this nursing home had new management and building I could gladly continue to let me family member stay. Our small town needs a nursing home but not one that is so poorly managed. Our community deserves better.
