It is a great community, and I would recommend it to anyone. They have a variety of activities such as Zumba, social activities, swimming and more for the residents to choose from. They have a continental breakfast available.
I chose Overture Miller because they had the floor plans that I liked. You can rent a vacant apartment and try it out before you rent to see if it is a good fit. I chose Overture Miller because they had the floor plans that I liked. You can rent a vacant apartment and try it out before you rent to see if it is a good fit. They were also doing in person tours and many were not at the time I was looking. The apartment sizes are excellent, I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath and it is plenty of room just for me. They have different floor plans available as well. They have events where they have food available, they have breakfast Monday - Friday but there are no prepared sit down meals. I did not get full disclosure about all move in expenses and they are pet friendly but have a hefty pet deposit, so make sure to ask questions up front about all expenses. I think it would be helpful if they had a move in instruction sheet because it take a while for me to figure things out on my own. It is a very upscale place and I would recommend them to others looking.

My father has moved into Overture Mueller. They have really good amenities there. They have a pool, the apartments are fairly new, and I really like the staff. They're very friendly and super helpful. I was very impressed with them. Everything's been good. They're doing the activities online, and they social distance from other people. They offer a meal a day, but they're delivering it to their doors instead of having the people come downstairs.
