I'm a resident here at Overture Fair Ridge 62+ Apartment Homes. We have tons of activities. We have food Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. In the afternoon we have a mix-and-mingle with wine and food snacks. We have exercise classes, book clubs, a fan club, card games, bingo, and billiards. They do Canasta and Bridge all the time. They have water aerobics in the outdoor pool. We have an activities club that plans trips to plays and brings musicians in to play for us. They put on movies every day. It's just a very active community. I love it here. The apartments are gorgeous. There's plenty of space. You have your own washer/dryer, you have a balcony, you have a huge bathroom with a seat in the shower, and there are handlebars.

Overture Fair Ridge 62+ Apartment Homes is very spacious. It's perfect for me. It wasn't too big. I liked that they have a lot of activities there. They do a lot of trips, and lunches and they have a food truck that comes every week. So, that was something different. It was great. Also, they have this garden sectioned off where you can have your own little spot and grow plants there. They have a salon, a pool, a fitness center, and a coffee bar where you can get coffee any time you want (and that impressed me). The staff was very helpful and pretty nice. They would ask you if you got any questions. The building was very nice, too. It's right across the street from a mall. There's a hotel not too far from it as well as the fire department.

I do really like the apartments, the doors close by themselves and I also have a full sized refrigerator. The view from my balcony is pretty. I have been experiencing a loud noise and they are trying to figure out what that noise is and where it is coming from. The facility is in more of a square so...

I have been experiencing a loud noise and they are trying to figure out what that noise is and where it is coming from. The facility is in more of a square so you do not have to walk far to get places. I would recommend to others looking.
