From the day I arrived I was welcomed with the atmost respect. I cannot express how kind, respectful, and efficient the staff were. The meals were great, I wanted to take the cook home with me. My therapists worked very hard to teach me to do the right things so that I would get strong to be self sufficient when I would be home. I highly recommend this place. Thank you 🙏

Bare minimum of care. Arrived Sunday @1:30 to find my 81yo sister having not been seen to in regards to diaper change. Breakfast was served at 10:30. Lunch came at 2pm. Sub standard for sure.

I cannot say enough about the compassionate care my aunt recieved from the rehab and nursing department. My aunt was a patient for a couple months and always recieved the best care during her stay, I didn''t feel like I had to worry or call to ensure things were getting done. Staff were friendly and empathetic- grateful to have had her stay go so smoothly. Thank you to the wonderful rehab/nursing staff who went above and beyond daily!

My mom has been at OLOM for almost 7 years. She started at the Lourdes unit for rehab then the Fatima unit. She has had wonderful care from all staff. Especially for the last couple of weeks when my mom took a turn. She is on comfort care and all staff have been attentive to her needs as best they can since they have other residents to attend to. Our family appreciates all the help and support they have given over the years. Granted nothing is perfect - but that is true for any place. But I can say that I would recommend OLOM for your loved ones care and well being no matter if it is just for rehab or on a long term basis.
Read moreThe staff at OLM took such great care of our mother during her ortho rehab that she surprised the doctor with how much progress she made in a short time. The facility is clean and attractive. Protocols are followed to the letter. Staff members are friendly, skilled, and work as a team.
