My mother was so happy there. She loves the staff.
My stay at Rock Creek, was enjoyable. It is a great place to stay to recoup or get excellent medical care.

If you care at all about your family and their rehabilitation, do not put them in this facility. If you care at all about your family and their rehabilitation, do not put them in this facility. My granny was admitted for rehabilitation services, and on many occasions her aides were found to be extremely rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. My grandmother needed assistance to the bathroom, she pushed her assistance button, and we waited over twenty minutes before I myself went to find a nurse, at this point the head nurse told me they would "get to my grandmother when they had time". Furthermore during her stay, her health declined due to a lack of proper and prompt care, requiring her to be hospitalized. When we (the family) told the nurses that we were taking her to the ER, they became irritated, angry, and rude about the care provided or lack thereof. Another older woman needed assistance cleaning off her hands with what seemed to be feces or something brown and clumpy. While we waited every single nurse ignored her calls for help at the counter. Along with the extremely unprofessional behavior, none of the staff members properly wore their masks, cross-contamination was at an all time high, and patients were aimlessly searching the facility for nurse help. Seems that if the nurses are busy doing their end of shift paperwork, they do not care about the state of their patients. While I understand not every aide is unprofessional in this manner, if you employ leadership that is lacking proper professionalism then the remaining staff members are also not held to a higher medical standard.
