My mother lived at the Phoenix at Tucker for 9 months. Every one of those days was a gift for her and our family. To be sure, the facility is spotless, the meals are delicious, and the environment is comfortable and attractive. What is outstanding about this residence is the staff. Roslyn and Daryl were not just the administrators of Phoenix at Tucker, they were our compassionate guides through our journey with Mom. With the staff that they have assembled, they made a true home for my mother and the other residents. We give thanks to the receptionist at the front desk, the talented chef, entertainment coordinator, the personal aides, the med techs, maintenance team, housekeeping, and all those other wonderful people who welcomed our mother and our family into the warm environment which exists each day at the Phoenix. We are grateful for the relationship you had with Mom. She truly loved you all. I would recommend the Phoenix at Tucker without qualification. Our mother was safe, comfortable, happy, and active through her final days. She was treated with love and respect.
Read moreWe toured The Phoenix at Tucker during our search for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. This facility had VERY nice common areas. However, the bedroom was way too small of a space. Especially for the price.
I really enjoyed the community. The quality of the food needs improve, and I would like to see more activites. We picked this community, because of the price point, location and cleanliness. The people are very friendly I would recommend to other families.
According to our loved one the options with the meals could be improved - sometimes it is a small sandwich and a bag of chips and that may be the only choice.

The location, décor, and staff accessibility at inquiry really stood out to us here. The staff are very friendly and try to be as helpful as they can given their workload. My mom is recovering from a fracture and hasn't been able to participate in the varied activities offered. But she has been improving with the PT and OT offered in house. I have and will continue to recommend them to friends and family.
