My wife went to see her mother at legacy. We live in maryland and that is over 1000 miles away. She called them before she left and told them what days she would be there. She was told to just call them and they would wheel her to the window. She went there and was looking at her mom through the window. She called the front desk and asked to see her mom as she was told. They put her on hold about 30 seconds and was told her mother was asleep! She was looking at her mother awake! She has called several times and was told her mother was asleep. How many of these were lies??? She called to talk to manager and was told she was in a meeting. She left name and number and NEVER received a call back!
