Visited the emergency room. Luckily it was not too busy. We were seen by a nurse then by the doctor shortly after signing in. All personnel were kind, caring and attentive to our emergency. The lady cleaning the waiting room was super sweet & wished us well. Everyone had a smile on their face. Facility was very clean. We dreaded going to the ER based on past experiences at other ERs but we were well pleased with the entire experience. Masked were required upon entering which we were glad to abide by. Lucky for us the cold & flu season has not hit yet but one does feel a little more protected with everyone wearing masks.

I’ve visited this location a few different times as an outpatient. The staff is compromised of a crew of unfit, intolerant women with horrible attitudes and untrustworthy dispositions. This facility, like most emergency rooms, are committed to swift, bare minimum treatment. They are fixated and overly concerned with their bottom lines, but they charge insurance companies a little more than double what the treatment costs patients without insurance. Because of these hospitals and greedy big pharmaceutical companies, insurance premiums are virtually unaffordable for all lower-class and most middle-class Americans! Then, the people who work here are highly likely to be against government benefit programs like Medicare for all Americans. These people obsess over getting paid, but they do everything to thwart patients from returning, and they don’t vote for the benefit of the security of their jobs. That’s America for ya!
Read moreThis has to be the most irresponsible hospital on the planet. The staff from doctors to housekeepers are absolutely horrible. Their foolishness is too lengthy to explain. Just pay them a visit and experience it all in real time for yourself.
Worst hospital ive ever been to, spent 5 hours here. They are hateful and also most of them are not employees, they are independent contractors. They bring people in for 10 minutes and let them back out into the waiting room on and off for several hours. If you are dying or in need of immediate care...

Broken elbows, respiratory distress, ect. A gentleman with a broken elbow, slipped hip and possibly a dislocated shoulder who came by ambulance was been here since 8pm! Others have been here longer. No one is being called back. They call the names of folks who have left because they couldn''t wait any longer and they went to another town. Leaving one star because 0 isn''t an option. Yall need to fix this. There must be a way.
