Horrific experience staying here. They have four beds per room when it''s set for two. You can wait hours to get help from staff. I wouldn''t feed their so called food to an animal! Social Services lady lied to me about home health care. They dropped me off at home with no assistance when I couldn''t stand on my own. I''m in the hospital now with Covid. I told them I was sick and they did nothing. Don''t go here and never put a loved one in here. Unconscionable!

No one could answer any one of my questions. It just keeps getting worse. WOW. The smell is horrific. Administrator and Social services manager are useless with additudes. Nurses and rehab team are doing a great job with what they have to work with. Everytime I go visiting the room is dirty. Constantly waiting for someone to answer the buzzer and people making excuses while patients lay dirty in bed. If I could offer no stars or negative it would be -10

I called Oak tree Saturday July 3rd to see if visitors are allowed and I was told by appointment 9nly.However appointments have to be made with the social worker and she is not available until Tuesday. How is this beneficial to patients and their family. The past 2 weeks, they have had a ban on visiting because of a COVID-19 patient. How can you know how your loved one is doing if you can''t see them for weeks at a time. Also I called Oak Tree several times and no one answered the phone.
