My wife''s Grandmother was sent there for rehabilitation. Has been a nightmare ignoring family concern''s and acting like we are beneath them. Me being a former CNA the way they have treated her is insane. From leaving her naked in a wheelchair not putting her oxygen back on. This even after the transport service advised them the was back. When I was working for a nursing home and a patient returned we had to meet the patient. Get reports from the transport not let them just drop the patient off. And make her feel like a bother when she clearly needs help.

So many people simply don’t realize that ALL rehab centers across the nation are critically underfunded and understaffed. The people who work here genuinely care and do the very best they can. They did a good job taking care of my mother, and I give them an A for effort. Danny Tarver
So far dad and I like it. My mother some years ago was there. But we couldn''t go in to see her. But the place is good and clean. And everyone there is very nice.

Great staff. Good food. Compassionate care-giving. Much improved activities- very good now. My only disappointment relates to the contracted physician, who never visits a patient unless asked several times by the patient. Even after my mother fell, injuring a foot, the doctor only order xrays. My expectation of a physician who occasionally visits the patients may lie beyond the expectations of his contract. If so, I believe the contract needs to be renegotiated. If not, the doctor needs to be held to the terms of the contract or replaced.

Started out with great expectations, was utterly disappointed in the end. They started serving only sandwiches to my parents for most of their meals, (not good for elderly diabetic diet) but still charged full price and never advised us of the change. Had a carer steal my father''s necklace right in front of my mother. When my mother told them, they said because she has some cognitive decline that she must have taken it herself. Because my parents complained the carer called the police and said my father punched her and that we had to find another place for them to live. A few of the nursing staff were really kind and sincerely cared, but I would not recommend this place at all. And for the carer who stole my dad''s necklace that his mother gave him, I hope you get what you deserve.
