I don''t care what you say or how you treat me, but "she" was your dying patient you shot morphine in her mouth. This charge nurse horrible. Aides could poke in room to observe breathing from door. This place use to be AMAZING years ago when my grandmother was here "dying" . Fairhaven NO LONGER deserves reputation. And Diane, her name was Emily!!

I have had some MAJOR concerns with care center companies in the past, but Ali H. has gone above and beyond to make sure that my grandma is in the best environment with a clean and reliable-staffed facility at all times! My grandma has a lot of special needs and they follow all of them on her strict schedule and that is just amazing care service that you will not find at any other company!!! She has not complained about this facility once. We are so grateful for Ali and the hard work that she has put in to make sure our family is very well taken care of. She is amazing, and makes this company shine brighter than any of the rest. It feels great to be able to fully trust a senior care service facility again!!!
