I don''t recommend this company not only do they not care about the staff the residents are just a number to them. They have given tours of the building falsifying everything about it having staff sit while the noisy residents just to get a new admit in. They don''t pay their bills some of their foo...
I don''t recommend this company not only do they not care about the staff the residents are just a number to them. They have given tours of the building falsifying everything about it having staff sit while the noisy residents just to get a new admit in. They don''t pay their bills some of their food comes from a church and majority of the time they have working phone lines....they fire good loyal employees for stupid reasons they just make up just because the administrator don''t like a person for being vocal. When employees threaten to quit the administrator says go ahead instead of trying to fix the problem...they currently only have about 30 residents so what does that say , STAFFING IS VERY LOW which mean not quality care to the residents, place needs shut down immediately before something bad happens.

I myself am part of this new mgmt team and our team is working diligently to give every patient that comes through our doors the best experience possible under their circumstances be they here for rehab or long term. This is truly the best team that I have worked with in over 20 years of nursing. We are also one of the few homes in Ohio that is fully staffed. FULLY. If your looking to place a loved one, give us a chance to care for them as if they were our own

Oakhill is under new management and has all new staff members and they are completely staffed they care for the residents like there are family so some of these reviews you cannot listen to because they are all reviews from years ago when you have a new staff members and new management it completely...
