They deserve zero stars. This facility has new ownership and/or management and they are still running off the previous reputation. New administration is absolute trash. If you care anything about your loved one please go anywhere else. My mother caught a life threatening post op infection from this place and almost died. Was not taken to hospital until I showed the nurse the puss filled wound. They serve molded food and didn''t even apologize about it. We received a bill today for the transport from the discharge hospital to their facility. They claim not to be responsible yet the 2nd facility covered it. They said the resident was responsible for scheduling and paying for rides to hospital for doctor visits. How is it reasonable to ask retired medicare patients to "figure it out" alone. The company they recommend was $150. I doubt most people can afford that. ALL other facilities said it was covered. I could go on but my mother is safely at another facility and that''s all that matters now.

It was perfect. Star is attentive and provide excellent care.
