The director CHIP is one of the rudest individuals I have ever encountered with in my entire life. I’ve seen him first hand make staff and residents cry which is absolutely heartbreaking. Chip is very unprofessional and I’m not sure how he even got a job at another Genesis HealthCare facility when he was fired from Marmet Center. I would never work or even recommend any one to work or have their family reside at this specific facility.
