They have great personalized care and they stay in contact with me in regards to their health and well-being. I would recommend Oak Point nursing center to anyone with the need. They have a fantastic staff that are incredibly accommodating. Carri, the administrator, is kind and will do all in her power to make her residents comfortable. Definitely highly recommend!

I personally was a resident there for a very short stay. Place is not for any loved one or friend or coworker. I was hitting call light for well over 20 minutes and no staff members came to help me, so that when I started yelling for help and THEY as the staff members. Was yelling at me for even asking for help. Told me to calm down or they have me sedated. I am ashamed to even be giving this review but feel in the best interest of others this is no nursing home for your loved ones or those you care about. This place is a living hell.

I started my journey as a new LPN with Oak Pointe. I have never felt more appreciated by all my co-workers and management at any other job. When I accepted this position, I knew I just gained a whole new family. I can count on all my peers for help with anything. Management goes above and beyond for their staff. I can honestly say I want this job for the rest of my life. I would recommend this facility not only to work but to anyone who needed the care from our excellent team. Residents come in as strangers and leave as family. Not many places can say that. Thank you to Oak Pointe for becoming family not just for staff but for everyone who walks through the front door.
