My husband and I have called several times today alone to try to speak to his mother and the first time someone answered, whose name is Ronnie, they were extremely rude and hung up on us. I will be notifying the D.O.N. as of Monday morning. I would not recommend this farce of a nursing home if you care for your loved ones at all.

As a Nurse working in the hospital I have to call nursing homes on a pretty regular basis. I had to call them about a question regarding a patient I was caring for that day. I had to call their phone 3 times before anyone could be bothered to pick it up. When the phone was finally answered the staff...

As a Nurse working in the hospital I have to call nursing homes on a pretty regular basis. I had to call them about a question regarding a patient I was caring for that day. I had to call their phone 3 times before anyone could be bothered to pick it up. When the phone was finally answered the staff answering the phone was rude and abrupt. If they can’t be bothered to pick up a phone will they be bothered to be as thorough with their patients?

This is the worst place in the world to put your loved one. They are rude and nasty. They won''t answer the telephone. They lie about everything and won''t allow you to talk to your loved one. I hate this place. The entire staff needs to be fired!!!

Mother inlaw has been there only 3 weeks haven''t given her meds in a timely manner they seem lost when confronted about this most of the staff have there face in the phone most of the time and become irate when asked about care of mother inlaw currently one of the staff is on her phone not paying attention sign on building says No smoking on premises but guess what 2 of them smoking outside of door right now just horrible really not a place to send a loved one to unless you do not care about them now have to move mother inlaw to a new place 40 minutes away just plain sad
