My grandmother moved here a couple of months ago and it has been great! The facility is truly an amazing place. Both the inside and outside are very well kept. Whenever she needs help the nurses are quick to come, even if it''s just to fix her TV. When you walk in it has that homey feel, and everybody is beyond nice. Moving is very stressful and you can see how they do their best to make the process smooth, which is greatly appreciated.

Our mom was excited to move to Oak Hill in May 2023 and live independently after years of health issues, but the change was still a bit overwhelming. The resident welcome committee was wonderful by greeting her the first day and letting her know about different activities. The residents as a whole made our mom feel welcome at meals and during weekly activities. Lesly was helpful and responsive throughout the application, approval, and move-in process. Since then, we have worked with Lorraine and Jeannie regarding insurance changes and have received ongoing support. Facilities has been attentive to any fixes needed, and the culinary staff is friendly and hard working too. Jennifer, the nurses, and the LEAs/CNAs help support our mom''s medical needs and coordinate her care. We have been impressed with a number of events for residents and their families (e.g. Oktoberfest, Thanksgiving Dinner, Santa Breakfast, and others.). The holiday decorations, outdoor flowers/plants and sitting areas, resident garden and greenhouse, and the numerous activities each week make Oak Hill a home with a variety of daily options.

The Staff and Care Team at Oak Hill goes above and beyond for their residents and families. We visited and toured numerous facilities in the area and Oak Hill stands above all others. The residents were so kind and welcoming when mom moved in. We are so happy that she has the support she needs, friendship opportunities, and can still maintain a sense of independence.
