My mom has lived here for 6 years. She has made a lot of friends with the staff and residents. There are many activities in the facility and you can stay as busy as you want. My mom loves the bingo and domino times. Another game she loves is pass the penny it is one of her favorite games. Mom has been taking part in the outings using the facility bus to go to movies, concerts, and restaurants with other residents. We also use the bus to get to doctor appointments. They work hard to make it inviting, and it is a place you feel good about your parent living. The residents feel like part of a family.

Northwood Manor is not only a beautiful place to live but a true caring environment. The entire staff are friendly, helpful, and go beyond to help the residents and the families. As a daughter of a resident, they communicate any concerns to me, large and small, which gives me relief that my mother is safe and under caring hands. They provide my mother with exactly what she needs at this time of her life, 3 meals a day, activities, medicine reminders, help with daily tasks and kind people surrounding her every day. My mom Delores was there starting first week of January 2019. She had hard time adjusting from big house to very nice apartment that was great. The staff at Northwood did everything possible to help her thank you. Then Mom needed more help than assisted living and moved her to Aperion nursing home which was great. Northwood Manor did everything humanly possible to help her move to nursing home. Want to Personal thank John Clark who guided us to Terri Pollet Hinkle Marion to take care of Mom''s finances and other matters. She did fantastic job. Would recommend Northwood, Aperion and Terri Pollet hinkle. Thanks again to John Clark Always don''t dont forget to give mom a hug and kiss we never know how long we have them.

Mom has needed time to adjust but ALL the staff has been wonderful in helping her adjust despite all the COVID restrictions. They have done a phenomenal job in making sure she is taken care of and all her needs are met. We have been very happy with their response times with our needs and concerns. Beautiful, welcoming, safe, health conscious, kind...we’ve been calling every couple of days to touch base (we live out of state) he’s so happy!! Priceless and comforting for us. Amazing staff Kevin, John, Denise & others were over the top accommodating for this move in. We feel blessed to have found them. The costs for the services are absolutely reasonable.
