Adeupa (I believe that’s how you spell his name ) the security is the most unprofessional “security guard” I have ever met . Everytime I come to visit my grandmother he is rude and disrespectful. The first time I visited I asked for directions he told me to find that out before I enter the building ! WHAT? I asked for a garbage pale to dispose of my test his response was “do you see one here near me”? The other guard directed me to one. The list goes on asked for his name because it is absolutely ridiculous that this is what I have to deal with every visit ! And he said what do I need his name for and continued to play in his phone underneath a news paper. I am requesting that my grandmother be removed from this place IMMEDIATELY! I refuse to deal with him and the mess that follows every week !

I am currently a resident and I would recommend this facility. I have been in other facilities that were pure hell, during the lock down of covid. I had family members that were residents here decades ago. Little did I know I would one day be a resident myself one day. I''m also from Harlem born ad raised. I contacted admissions while I was in the hospital to come here. I choose to come here and have not regretted the decision. From the Director of Nursing to Director of therapy to the Housekeeping Supervisor to Director of Social work to Director of recreational all the way up to Administrator Mr.Steven Rossi all very dedicated caring people. Wheneverhadan issue I could talk to them about it and it was addressed immediately and effectively. I''m grateful for their service to make sure my stay here was at a place of healing. Thank you Northern Manhattan your helping me to over come a very difficult period in my life and I grateful.

I love this facility not only because of its location which is so convenient just less than 50 steps from the 6 train station on 125 & Lexington but the amazing and super helpful staff from their admission team to the medical team and even this security. NMR is one of the few facilities I know that offer almost all rehab/nursing home service from Vent, on-site dialysis, a restore program (you should check it out) and they have tech advance machine called Esko device. They are the future for nursing home or rehab care and I’m glad to be able to have been apart of the family at some point, and yes they do make you feel like family!
