My mom has been there about 3 weeks and so far I am not liking the place I constantly keep calling the place and press to talk to a nurse and no one answers the phones when I call 20-30 times every day and still never answer the phones I call to talk to my mom and I can''t because they never answer the phones I was able to talk to my mom 2 times the whole time she''s been there. I am not happy one bit. I pray that they gave my mom Her package that I sent to her they better have given it to her and she better have the cell phone I sent to her in the package I sent her the cell phone so My mom and I are able to talk to each other when ever we can also so she can talk to anyone else that she wants to talk to.

If you care about your loved ones do not choose this place!! It already has a bad reputation and as a former worker there I have seen it firsthand. I am not saying this out of ill will or any kind of malice towards the workers there but they are completely incompetent. The social worker swears and cusses at and around the residence and makes them cry. TheD.O. N does not know what she is doing at all just like the administrator. Seriously people the building is falling apart do not take your loved ones there there are plenty of other places that actually treat residents like human beings
