Northbrook heights is a community based adult home, providing room, meals, housekeeping, personal care, and 24-hour supervision in a warm, friendly, and quality living environment. Licensed by the new york state department of social services, northbrook heights is associated with assisted living program. The assisted living program (alp) is a 56 bed facility which is licensed by the n.y.s. department of social services and the n.y.s. department of health. The alp is an entity established and operated for the purpose of providing long or short term residential care, room, board, supervision, and providing or arranging for home health services. We provide the perfect balance of security and service, privacy and companionship. . .

Ever since moving to Northbrook, its like I found a new home. Staff helped me hang up pictures of my family. They bring me things like hot coco and coffee. In the summer they get us ice cream. The activities are fun. I won a bag of M&Ms and 5 dollars this afternoon.

Northbrook Heights offers several activities every day. They range from your typical bingo to Saturday ski ball tournaments. Events are popular among our residents and are often updated to reflect the interests of our community. Northbrook has several lounges that highlight interests our residents have. Currently there is a TV lounge with big comfy couches, a music lounge with a jukebox, a quiet puzzle lounge, and a reading lounge with plenty of books to borrow. Rooms come in a few different sizes. There are semi-private rooms (2 occupants), private rooms (single occupant) and suites (the size of a 2 person room for 1 person). Aide staff checks in with residents routinely. There is laundry and room cleaning services.
