My dad has been living there since March of 2020. I love the things you don''t see and the things you do. EMT on staff has a very fast response time. It seems like all of the workers are very happy there and most say "Hi Joe" to my dad as we walk by. The building is very nice and having a rehab and memory care on sight is an amazing asset. He is surrounded by intelligent people and have amazing musicians weekly. I am very happy for my that he lives there.

My loved one is often disrespected. The nurse and the aides have ganged up on him on many, many occasions. Bullying a quadriplegic with a brain injury is downright disgusting! If your loved one has a special need, think twice about this place. There is little sensitivity to my loved one’s physical incapacitation. He has been told that “You ask too much”. “You ask for the impossible.” “I am not going to spend all night in this room.” From the patient: Sometimes I greet the staff with a “hello“ or “how are you tonight?” I may not be acknowledged at all. I am ignored. When this happens, it makes me feel awful. It makes me feel like an object, a job, not even a person. I do have feelings.
