Zero stars this place is hell don’t put your loved one here EVER!
I would give them a five star but due to the fact that they never replaced my mom‘s TV I have been asking them to for two weeks I gave them four (tv never turned on and was broken and she stared at curtains 24/7). I would give them a five star but due to the fact that they never replaced my mom‘s TV I have been asking them to for two weeks I gave them four (tv never turned on and was broken and she stared at curtains 24/7). Other than that the lady at the front desk is absolutely amazing. The case managers are amazing. The physical therapy team goes above and beyond and they alone deserve a five star. My mom has been to other nursing homes during her recovery of her stroke and this one by far is the best. I cannot say enough about how amazing these people were. The nursing staff I can’t say too much about but the people I listed above went above and beyond for me and my mother. Very very clean place as well.

Stolen Property of Patient - Unprofessional! My dad was transferred from the VA to this facility just down the street. Not only was his chart not filled out for a month, my dad''s property (3 cellphones/iPhones) were stolen. I called for 2 weeks attempting to get a hold of someone to inquire whether his property was even there. At the end of the 2 weeks, after poking and prodding, I received confirmation that the wallet was there, but no phones. Everything was together. Additionally, many of the staff there, including social worker Victoria, very unprofessional. In hindsight, it''s obvious that the priority is to make money, with little to no regard for the patients or their families. My dad was totally neglected there. Please chose somewhere else. I will be furthering my efforts to get official complaints on file.
