Times when we go visit and she hasn't changed her clothes often. She does dress herself, but believe staff does help at times just wish would mention to her to change more often. Pleased with food options, she does like the food. She is eating more than at her previous spot. She does great with coloring and art class as she was an artist and very talented so this program has been wonderful. She took first place in the contest. Staff is great with helping in all facets of the care.
Read moreMy mom had fun living here! The lovely dining room, and the great choice of delicious food. She loved playing poker and going on picnics and short trips. Thanks to the staff!
Great people focused purely on memory care. Good combination
I've heard from multiple people that this place has employees that have tested positive for COVID-19 and these employees were not properly quarantining for the 14 days, they are returning to work after 5 days! This is putting a vulnerable population at risk.

Our family is very grateful for the stellar care our mother received for the past 4 yrs at the newer facility. Ulysses and the rest of the staff in memory care did a exceptional job in providing the best care possible. We know because previously she was at 2 other assisted living facility's and we have to say the difference in quality is night and day!! Every time the family would pop in, Ulysses would have some organized activity going on to keep there minds as active as possible. All the care givers are exceptionally kind, hard working, and thoughtful. Even during Covid-19 they were so contentious to engage the family with "Face Time" phone calls. We are so indebted to the entire staff including Don Seaton the Executive Director.
Read moreThe memory care unit is very disorganized and extremely low on staff. Many are lazy and let others do the scout work. Some of the residents are violent and have hurt staff. It seems as though the most difficult residents get dumped here. Staff Schedules are constantly being changed.
