I cannot thank you enough for the compassion you bestowed on my Grandmother during her time there, and indeed the entire family. We experienced nothing short of God''s love in our every interaction with your staff. We encountered so many that I cannot remember all of their names. Thank you for your personal attention to our needs and concerns, and for helping us navigate this difficult time. Shelby, Nrs I saw you many times as I visited Grandma over the past year, but it wasn''t until this past weekend that I had any real interactions with you. We could not have asked for a more caring and professional nurse. Thank you so much for taking great care of Grandma! Liz, Nrs I feel like I had to ask you for your name a dozen times in the first hour of your shift. Still, you put me at ease with your reassurance, understanding, and follow-through. Thank you! Wanda, RN I don''t believe I met you until about 5:15 am, and March 5th. Thank you for waking me gently and showing such compassion to both Grandma and me. There was another Nurse up until that time, that night, who would give me a stir each time she came in to administer the hours meds. I owe both of you a hug! And there were these staff members. I don''t really know what all of them did. Some were CNA''s. Others, I have no idea. Some sang for and prayed over us. Some simply asked if there was anything we needed as they passed us by in the hall. All contributed in no small part to what was a life-changing experience for us all.
