Mountain Ridge is an outstanding place to work! A huge number of employees have years of tenure because the culture is warm, inviting, understanding and inclusive. Residents are treated like family and the care is excellent largely due to the teamwork amongst the staff. The Activity Department finds a reason to celebrate each and every day. Any health care worker, in any department would have a wonderful work life at Mountain Ridge.
Read moreMy mom has been here twice, still currently a resident here. The staff are great, she is well taken care of and they are in constant communication with me regarding her care. I couldn''t be more pleased. Go check out their Facebook page for everything they do with their residents.
