Morrow Heights Assisted Living was small and very comfortable. Everyone we met said hello and was smiling. The director herself interviewed my father. They had a beautiful courtyard. The facility was clean, bright, and light. They had a good-sized studio. They were very clean and well-kept. They had a beautiful dining room, a beautiful courtyard, and an activity room down the hallway, so it was very nice. They also had a bus that took the residents shopping and things like that. The facility is very well maintained.
Read moreThe employees here, or one specific one, wishes death upon children. I wouldn''t want anyone that uses her free time to harass people to be caring for my family. Especially considering these people are at high risk for unreported abuse.

I cannot have more positive things to say about Morrow Heights and the staff here. I recently discovered my dad''s memory was not like it used to be and with him we decided he would be safer and thrive in an assisted living environment as opposed to living alone which was not a safe option. I tried contacting several locations in the Grants Pass area and did not find a good fit. One day in mid April I contacted Morrow Heights and spoke with Pam, the director here. She immediately helped me and we made an appointment to bring my dad to tour the place and within a week we were there meeting everyone and getting to know the facility. We immediately put a hold on the open suite and here we are into May and my dad is already settled in. This is a hard situation for me as it is for many families and I want to thank Pam, and the staff for treating my dad and I like family and making this process go as smoothly as possible. The facility itself is wonderful, clean and open floor space and just overall a positive environment. I can truly say I feel secure and confident that my dad will be thriving in this environment. Thank you again Pam and all staff at Morrow Heights!
Read moreYeah Pam is the only good employee here. I wouldn’t recommend getting a job here. These people are fake “Nicole” she likes to make things up and stir the pot. And hold peoples checks illegally. State will be hearing from you.

I went to Morrow Heights Assisted Living a couple of years ago. It's a nice facility. It's small, that's wonderful and it's located close to me. So that would be my choice. I don't want to travel far to be of assistance to my mom if that's needed. So that's kind of why I'm stuck here until I get an answer from them, then I may have to look at others. The facility was clean, and the lady that we talked to was very informative. The rooms were nice. We visited with one of the people that lived there. The facility itself is small, which might be appealing to people. She's in a retirement home with like 300 people. She'd like a little, smaller place, so it would be great for someone who likes a smaller facility.

I took a tour today with my mom. Pam was the nicest person, she was so understanding of my moms needs without me saying anything. The facility was extremely clean and every employee was nice, caring and professional. My grandma and a next door neighbor lived there throughout the years. The new management was well needed! I have to say thank you to the new management & all the staff for having compassion for our loved ones. I’ve been looking around visiting places and this was the “best” I’ve been to. Thank you everyone for the piece of mind!!
