She’s rude and doesn’t even take a second to think this is someone’s grandpa, grandma, mom but just some dirt on the ground! I REALLY hope a lot of those employees realize it’s not only about the money! There were a FEW who actually cared and did there job with love and not just for the money! I HIGHLY do NOT recommend this place! Shame on you soul less human beings! Doctor appointments arnt made, they arnt properly bathed, cleaned, nor fed right! Treated like complete nothing’s, when will something be done about this???! When will the employees start to care and have a heart???? When will they start doing there job right???!
