We had a really good experience with Mission Oaks - so much better than with a previous facility our loved one was at. It's a clean friendly atmosphere with caring personnel. They're always really friendly and took care of our loved one very well. They have people who have been there a number of years. The nurses call with updates, which we didn't get at the previous place. They really kept us informed of his needs. He had a really nice room, and it was kept clean. They had a lot of activities. They would even take the residents on shuttle rides to nowhere, which allowed memory care residents to get out yet still kept them safe. He felt at home there.

This community has a leadership team that has, for the most part, been here from the beginning. As a nurse for over 30 years, care is the most important thing I watch in the community. Our caregivers are great, they are open to constant learning and give their very best to ensure the safety and well being of our wonderful cherished residents. Mission Oaks was a blessing. We had seen and been through many other facilities in the area and settled in Mission Oaks for not only it's quiet charm, but the warm and friendly caregivers,the experienced and dedicated leadership who are available to help at any time. The staff has been there a long time and they really go above and beyond to make the residents safe and happy. It's a gem! No complaints or regrets here. It was a great decision.
