The check in was fast and the lady was very nice. But i felt like just another number. Was over whelmed by the fast pace and questions were a lot But thats just me. I understand their positions. I feel like the care for mom can be more kind and a bit more gentle. She has bad chaffing under breast that isn''t being tended to. She often is sitting in her wheel chair with the smell of urine and often when I visit which is every other day.. She had to go to an outside appt with her heart doc and no one there helped her to get ready. She showed up with bed hair and the same pj s that I saw her in 2 days before. Most everyone there is nice but the story staffing is obvious.

Excellent, easy check-in procedure for visitors. Clear Covid protocols. Friendly and helpful staff.
Facility is well run, clean and all the staff are very attentive. I feel my 86 year old mother is in great hands and getting the rehab she needs without me having to check in 3x a day. Thank you Mission!
