I worked at mission for 7 months and have showed the company how dependable I was even when their "best" cnas wouldn''t answer I was always their go to and then as soon as I stopped working there they started defamating my name. this company cant even afford enough supplies for cnas to do their job due to the fact that the administration has to pay for custom decor they will never give you a pay raise they dont care about you unless it benefits them I would recommend not working here save yourself the trouble

I was the youngest employee yet probably the most worked. The other cnas took advantage of me constantly lieing to me to get me to cover for them. The managers were great but I noticed a lot of neglect from the cnas, I was treated awful by the other aids who often didn''t do their jobs resulting in suffering of the residents one night being reduced to tears out of stress because the other aid was simply not dping anything and i was basically on my own. When I finally left they trashed talked me to a potential employer which cost me the job. Save yourself the trouble and don''t apply. If you do I hope you are treated better than I was.
