Nice for rehabitation; not good for long term care. Good looking facility.
Poor working ethics.
They always have been very good to us. And have taken very good care of your love ones.
Great. Very helpful people.

My mother was there for a total of 3 months / sad to say. I wish I had never placed her there. The staff were rude. lazy. arrogant and those on Night Shift did no more than they had to. My mom’s sleep was interrupted by the “nurses” laughing and talking loud at the desk. They even led her to believe that I was there and didn’t stop by her room - even though Covid restrictions were in place & no one from the outside could go further than the cafeteria. Thirty minute visits were allowed IF made in advance with a staff member listening in on your conversation! My mother as I mentioned before was there for 3 months - she has a bad back. Leg swelling & pre- dementia along with a pacemaker & other major health conditions. The only place she could sit was in her wheelchair or on the bed. I ordered her a New Lift Chair and was told it would not be accepted. But it would be sent to My House. Well First off - how do you know where I live and secondly What gives you the right to deny a patient something they need ?? I was told by the “DIRECTOR “ we put a chair in your mothers room. I said A chair that someone else left their puddles in ? Well. It was a chair from our Facility… I asked to speak to her Supervisor and was informed “ the buck stops here “ Have a nice day - CLICK I was livid ! It was after this conversation it was decided This place is not habitual for anyone My mom is now in another facility and is doing well with her New Lift Chair Bottom line : I believe the SPCA has higher standards than Signature of Kinston.
