Incredibly under staffed. Constant revolving door of employees, including office staff. There''s a handful of good nurses but the aides (not all) that do spend most of their time with these patients that are awful to these long-term patients especially the ones that don''t have families to see/fight...

Not very happy with my mother’s therapy or recent experience here. For a rehab facility, she returned home today not at all improved from when she went into the hospital. How do you discharge someone who still can’t stand on her own and use a commode? But they or insurance don’t care. Denied my appeal and sent her home with a Hoyer lift without even training me on how to use it. A therapist in the family was appalled at hearing this! And her phone charger was stolen during her stay there as well. What a place!
