My loved one is currently a resident at Mill Creek Manor and the experience has been okay so far. Some of the staff are great, but there are 2 in particular that are just plain rude. As for the meals, the actual food is good. However, they've served my loved one a specific food multiple times even though she is allergic to it. I think Mill Creek Manor is a good facility, but I would recommend it only for those with a tighter budget and/or lower care needs.

Read moreExtremely high turnover in staffing - even beyond COVID standards. I think it's really a combination of things. Its a byproduct of the economy/Covid and their business model to keep the rates reasonable. It's probably the best they can do without significantly raising their monthly fees.
