Middleton was an excellent choice for assisted living and additional services for my 95 year-old mother. Staff members (nurses, aides, culinary, front desk, facilities, all others) were kind, caring and went out of their way to be responsive to her needs and to us. Care was effectively coordinated with Ohio’s Hospice of Central Ohio as my mom transitioned. Based on our experience I would highly recommend Middleton to others.

We place a down payment to reserve a spot for my mom in Oct 2022, she passed away March 21. 2023 and still haven''t received the down payment back. We have been told it''s in the mail for weeks! Was once again told it would be at the facility today and it''s 3:10 pm and no news!
