A complete mess!!! No one answers when you call to check on your relative. I can see that the proper level of care is not being given from what I have seen in just one visit. Please do not put your loved ones in this dump. We were not given a choice, if you have a choice run from this place fast.

We had a terrible experience at this place. It’s very hard to get through to speak to anyone and when you do no one can answer your question or get back to you. My relative ended up critically ill after about a week here. It has gone way down hill. My grandmother was a long term resident many years ago and it was wonderful back then. Not any more, stay away from here if your care about your relative.

If you love your family member, go elsewhere. Trust me. The food can make you very sick. Be sure to inspect your food. Raw bacon, slimy lettuce, burnt bagels, and moldy muffins. Just to name a few.
