Worst experience ever.... i lost my dad because of the failure to properly care for him at this place......lazy people work here....they should just close it down..... if you care for your loved one take them else where....

Definitely the most heartbreaking experience. We admitted my grandmother in good physical health and in hopes that she’d be cared for properly. She deteriorated after neglect and mistreatment on behalf of the staff. When attempting to report our concerns or asked for explanations, we were given very vague information and usually brushed off. After months of negligence and poor communication, she was admitted into the hospital in the worst shape due to improper treatment. We lost her not too long after. After she passed, there was no explanation given to our family much less a condolence was expressed. Admitting my grandmother into this facility was the worst decision we ever made.

Now that ima able.tp see her I have to awake an appointment. To make things worse I have to call their irresponsible staff who never answer the phone. They don''t follow up to doctors appointments. All they respond is we are sorry.
