Absolutely unacceptable how they treat their employees. I would never put a loved one in this "home." Don''t give them a cent.
It''s very authoritarian. It''s their way or no way.
The corporation and leadership at Mesa Manor does not value their staff. They were harassed and bullied into a personal health choice. This saddens me as the care our county’s elders receive will be crumbling to substandard care.
They fire staff members that are loved by the residents based on their willingness to take a dangerous injection. I wouldn''t trust my family member with upper management that makes these types of decisions.
