The staff make it a priority to know your name right away. When I walk around with my dad, they all say hi with his name. It makes him feel like at home. Some of the communication hasn't been as clear, but since my dad had previous experience at a similar place he knew what to ask. The housekeeping has been great and they have set up a nice schedule. My dad got the extra laundry for $[name removed] per month where they do his personal laundry each week. He loves the food. I have eaten there a few times with him and it's been good each time. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Each category gets 5/5 stars, Merrill Gardens at Willow Glen has been outstanding. They are always in contact with me anytime my mother needs to call or if she is ill. I would let others know that getting on the medi-care anthem for in care is what they would need for in doctor patient care with no monthly premium or co-payments. I very highly recommend this facility to others. They have made a very difficult transition a lot easier for my family and especially my mother.
Read moreOverall it is a good facility and my loved one is happy. My loved one uses a walker and the bathroom is set up well with handrails and easy access to the shower. Sometimes they forget to empty the trash under the kitchen sink.
I liked this community. The proximity wasn't close to my home. I have heard great things about Merrill Gardens. The facility was nice.
They have caring staff who respond quickly if there's an issue. It's a safe environment, which I appreciate. The only negative thing I've seen is the training of new staff needs to be improved.
