I am very pleased with Merrill Gardens. Very clean, nice environment, the food is very good. My aunt has maintained her weight and tasks about the food always in positive way. The supervisor contacts me in case of anything. I have easy access to text them too. The staff is very nice. They notify me when I go every week is my aunt is not following orders or she gets upset. But I remind her they are there to help her. I do know that it's a bit pricey, but what can I do. I like the diversity that they have person wise.

I did a phone interview with six different communities but we were in a rush and ultimately chose Merrill Gardens due to the proximity to my home. The majority of the staff are wonderful and want the best for the community members.

Now she is suffering from the stomach flu or possibly food poisoning. No one will help her. The front desk won't answer. We had to call the ambulance ourselves. This is not a good place for my mom.
