Meadow Lakes is a definite yes- living, working and volunteering! The employees are the top of the line and care so much about the residents and their family members! Tonee, the Director, has created such an incredible environment. Shannon, the Community Relations Coordinator, is such a kind, warm, energetic, positive woman who wants to learn and support future residents with their wants and needs. Victory and Tina, Nursing, are incredible with timeliness, valuable assessments and caring for their residents. The food is delicious- homemade! And the environment in the whole community is welcoming, smells fresh and large apartments are a bonus. Thank you to this wonderful Meadow Lakes team for being a resource for the Rochester and surrounding communities!

Our tour with Meadow Lakes was excellent. It is a very nice place, but my parents were looking for independent living and this was more of a nursing home type feel.

I chose this facility because I got a good feeling when I talked to people who were already in here and the resident assistants were all happy with their jobs and have a smile on their faces. It was a good facility during my friends stay here. All of the he staff here were friendly and helpful and the food was wonderful. We had absolutely no issues with the facility. It was very clean and the apartment she was in had a beautiful scenic view. It overlooks a pond and a nice farm field/valley.
