The comfort I mention is what the staff at McKay Manor continues to provide for my Mother. They are continually providing not only loving care but putting activities together to help them not feel confined in these trying times. Kristi Petro the director at the Manor doesn’t take her position just as a job. She truly cares for each resident as if they are her family! Your staff works well with one another and I feel again it is because they all have the residents in mind.

I was promised things that they could not give my family member. The building is not clean. Hot meals are not always available. We were only there a short time, and would not go back. Some of the staff are rude. Sorry. I was disappointed.
