This place needs major revamp. The building needs major remodeling. The office area and entrance seemed updated but as soon as you enter into the elevators to see patients the whole building is falling apart. That area is outdated. Including the cafeteria. Old, dark, dirty and depressing . Who wants to bring a family member to such a depressing place. The physical part of the building where patients and family reside needs to be taken care of! The floors are very dirty. Elevators have signs all taped with scotch tape?? How about a sign holder? More professional? The patient units are very short on staff. Patients unattended. Lousy attitudes by many CNA’s and a few nurses. Many nurses are leaving. Overworked, and poorly paid. Like where is the compassion?? This place needs renovations of the physical building and internally. Make it more appealing and desirable to patient, families and workers.

Most racist place I''ve ever worked. This place shares a name and works together as a whole. Masonic Behavioral Health is an awful place to work, visit, live.

I was there for 2 years and I was so disappointed at the lack of care I received. I went in walking and due to an APRN who administered me a drug to help me sleep unbeknownst to me, I fell and broke my hip and my back. Due to my call bell NOT being answered because I needed to go to the bathroom and had already filled the 2 bed pans, not one person came to my call for help. I tried to get up myself and fell again breaking my hip and back yet again. I am still considering sueing this place. They use smoke and mirrors to promote their place but the care is absolutely awful

Absolutely awful, if I could put a zero, I would. My grandma has been here for quite some time and the quality just seems to get worse. She was left soiled for 7+ hours, used the call bell multiple times and staff came in to turn the light off, EVEN DROPPED OFF HER DINNER TRAY (with no utensils), and STILL left her soiled! I tried multiple times, for almost a hour to get a hold of the supervisor and guess what... the phone... keeps ringing. The receptionist was a kind gentleman, Mark, atleast there was that. When I finally got a hold of someone she decided it would be better to hang up on me as I was trying to explain and get my point across. So, I called again, direct number to the floor and another nurse picked up, I told her the whole situation, did not even mention her name, and she said she would find someone to see what''s going on... ummm... I didn''t even tell you who they were, but ok... and hung up... I just can''t believe this. And I work in the medical field myself, I understand the shortage but I can''t understand the lack of compassion, care, and integrity.
