She was on hospice care and one of the nurses refused to administer my mom her medication when she was writhing in pain. They also let her stay in her biological mess after she soiled herself. Lastly, getting Alma in the business office to answer an email or call you back is about the equivalent of pulling teeth. I should have never left my mom there.

Everyone but the male nurse is friendly. It''s always been clean when I''ve been in there.
It seems nice enough. The main thing is, they are nice to my Mother and treat her well.
