Everyone at Marquis is amazing - seriously, the employees become part of your family so quickly. They go out of their way to make sure your loved one (and you) are taken care of. The level of care and attention is deeply appreciated and light years beyond most other care facilities. Working in a care facility has to be one of the toughest jobs around, for many reasons. They do it with such grace and compassion. I am eternally grateful for Marquis Autumn Hills for making a difficult time for my family much easier to bear. I can''t recommend them enough!

Mom was first diagnosed with Alzheimer''s/dementia about 13 years ago. As she progressed, she needed more and more care than was available locally and we were so blessed when Kathy (the director at the time) at Marquis Autumn Hills accepted mom into their care over 5 years ago. During those years, mom received the best care and loving attention from a dedicated staff. In our experience with elder care homes, staff come and go as fast as the days of the week, but that is not the case here. Many of the staff here today, were present when mom was admitted. Over the course of time and our frequent visits, we, mom''s family, have become very attached to the staff and consider them all family as well. When mom passed in November, it was not only a difficult time for us, but for mom''s Autumn Hills family as well. A clear demonstration of the love and compassion this company devotes to their residents. At Autumn Hills, the people in their care are not just a dollar sign, or a number, they are people. People who need and deserve love and respect. They get it here. From ALL staff, not just those who have direct care, but from the administration to the housekeepers. I cannot say enough positives about Autumn Hills. We love you and appreciate all you did to make mom''s last years as pleasant as possible.
