Fabulous Facility! Employees are very caring and helpful. Definitely a place to have your loved one’s. Very clean and a beautiful patio with a covered canopy to get out of the sun if they want and a beautiful flower garden.

With a new medical team, incredibly hard working nurses, a dedicated management team, extremely qualified rehabilitation therapists, and attentive CNAs, this building is NOT the “old Maplewood.” We have come so far and can’t wait to see how much further we go! As the Director of Rehab, I care so much about all of our patients and truly love them like my family. Our rehab department works diligently to ensure your loved one maintains or returns to their highest level of independence.
