I came to Otterbein Maineville after surgery for Rehab and Physical Therapy. The care from the nurses aides was excellent. Jess and Cassidy were so kind and always available to help me. Maria and Katie from Therapy got me up and walking within a few days after a hip fracture. Home like environment where you can request home cooked meals when you want them and your family can visit at anytime. All individual private rooms with their own bathrooms. I cannot say enough good things about the physical therapy I received at Otterbein Maineville. After a short stay, I was able to return to my own home and continue physical therapy with the assistance of Otterbein Home Healthcare.

I Started here as a scheduler in July 2021. Since I have been here I have received nothing Less than positivity. I absolutely love working here. everyone here from the administration team to Housekeeping have been so Pleasant and easy to talk to. Everyone here always come together to get the job done. No one is above do something other then they job description, and you can not find that in most places in a health care field. I love how they motivate you to move up in your position if you choose to do so and are willing to help you achieve what ever it is you would like to do. GREAT PLACE TO WORK!!

My father was recently here for rehab. Despite everything going on in this crazy world Maple Ridge was great. The staff was friendly and always smiling. They answered any questions I had. My father was recently here for rehab. Despite everything going on in this crazy world Maple Ridge was great. The staff was friendly and always smiling. They answered any questions I had. Also keep me update to date regarding Covid outbreaks and visitation. My father was comfortable and well taken care of. The building was clean. Therapy was able to get my father strong enough again so that he could return home finally. Thank you for everything you did for him. If he ever needs rehab again you are the first place we will come.

I have a friend who is currently staying at this facility and the quality of care is not up to part no one should have to call the front desk to receive there pain meds at the correct time you guys hire people who just are in it for the money because anytime I come majority of them are in there cars...

I have a friend who is currently staying at this facility and the quality of care is not up to part no one should have to call the front desk to receive there pain meds at the correct time you guys hire people who just are in it for the money because anytime I come majority of them are in there cars for long periods of times including night staff you guys are biased based on insurance and the way you treat most of the elderly people is not fair don’t send your loved ones here it isn’t as how it is shown online
