When they actually managed to drive her to an appointment, she would have nothing on but a blanket with a hospital gown with no shoes.

I''ve never cried so hard. My mother definetly does not deserve this place. The quality in care has gone down and cleanliness and sanitation (COVID) is almost non-existing. I went everyday until she left and feces that was on the floor day 1 was still there day 7 on the main hall. Lord help!

THE EMPLOYEES LIVE FOR THIS BUT THEY WANT A RAISE? TOO FUNNY TO ME.
